Colt

Colt started with Holland Lake in June of 2024 as a Technician Assistant with both large and small animal experience. Colt grew up ranching in Texas, raising and showing horses, cattle, and German Shepherd Dogs. He participates in stock shows, reined cowhorse, and IGP/Schutzhund disciplines (in which the contestant/K9 must pass three phases consisting of tracking, obedience, and protection). Colt is currently a local high school senior with an aptitude for maths, chemistry, and “reading a cow,” or any animal, he aims to pursue his bachelor’s and DVM degrees to become a practicing veterinarian.
