Preventative Pet Wellness Care
The saying goes “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” The best investment that you can make in your dog or cat’s health and well-being is a routine wellness examination. These are important, because they allow us to establish a baseline of their overall health, so that we can quickly see if something goes amiss. We treat every single pet and person who walks through our front doors like family, because we believe you deserve no less.
Holland Lake Animal Hospital is simply amazing from the Vets (they now have 5), we’ve seen Dr. Langevin and Dr. Nelson, to the Vet Techs! The care that this clinic gives to my dog is above and beyond. They don’t try to sell me unnecessary items! This clinic just genuinely cares about the health of your pet. Every time we come in, all of the Vet Tech’s are extremely happy to see our pup and give her lots of love!
We love Dr. Langevin! The staff is always so friendly, always willing to help and super quick. All three labs see Langevin, he never is rushed, always patiently listens to ALL of our questions and is so gentle with our pups. Appointments are always easy to make, we sometimes call the day before and are able to get in the next day. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Langevin and staff. We have had more than our fair share of experiences with veterinarians and emergency care of animals over the years. That being said, I have never encountered a veterinarian more knowledgeable about a pets condition, how to successfully treat them and genuinely concerned for their well being. Dr Langevin goes above & beyond, all at a very reasonable rate. You couldn’t ask for better!
I’ve taken my rabbit Phoenix there 2 times and they have been so great with him. They all adored him and treated him very gently, because he’s so small and fragile. They care for what’s best for him and not just about the money; I will absolutely continue bringing him and my other small animals here.
What To Expect
The first step is to give us a call to schedule your examination!
During your pet’s exam, we will take basic measurements – such as their weight, temperature, listen to their heart, etc. We will then conduct a full nose-to-tail examination where we carefully study each of their major bodily systems.
This is also a great opportunity for us to answer any questions you might have about your pet’s wellness, and to help you set healthy habits.
